Terms of Use

Effective October 19, 2026.

What this site is

Huntsville Tree Guide is a free referral service operated by Aelix Intelligence. We are not a tree service, and we do not do any work, inspect properties or give estimates. When you call or submit the form, we connect you with one independent local tree service. Providers may pay us for referrals. You pay nothing to us.

Your agreement is with the provider

Any estimate, contract, price, schedule, warranty or payment is agreed directly between you and the provider. We are not a party to it. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, or the quality, price, timing or outcome of any work. We do not supervise providers. Please check licensing (where it applies), insurance and references yourself, and get a written estimate before work starts.

Information on this site

Content is general information, not professional, legal, insurance or engineering advice. Local facts are cited to their sources with the date we checked them, and may change. Cost ranges are national averages from cited published guides, not local quotes. Photos are licensed stock images and do not show our work or any provider's work.

Calls and messages

Calls to our number may be recorded, with a notice at the start of the call. By submitting the form you agree that one provider may contact you by phone or email about your request. We do not send marketing texts.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, someone else's details without permission, or automated or spam requests.

No warranty

This site and its information are provided "as is". We make no warranty about any third-party provider's work, which is the provider's responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any dispute about them or this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
